Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, and particularly provides a marine heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification bacterium with a biological denitrification characteristic and biological denitrification application of the marine heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification bacterium. The name of the strain is Pseudomonas putida 4-HYK, the strain is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC), and the preservation number of the strain is CGMCC NO.28841. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the strain. The strain is separated, screened and identified from a tidal creek of a sea cucumber culture area at the garden mouth of Dalian City, and efficient biological denitrification can be realized in simulated wastewater.
