Abstract | The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting cadmium ions. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a sample to be detected into a solution to be detected; adding potassium iodide, ascorbic acid, Victoria blue B, sulfuric acid and N-(2-acetamido)-iminodiacetic acid into the solution to be detected, and carrying out a cadmium ion association reaction; after the reaction is finished, observing the color change of the to-be-detected solution, when the to-be-detected solution is blue, indicating that the to-be-detected sample contains the cadmium ions, and when the to-be-detected solution does not have the color change, indicating that the to-be-detected sample does not contain the cadmium ions. The invention provides a method and a kit for rapidly detecting cadmium ions, which can realize rapid and real-time detection of heavy metal cadmium ions.
