Abstract | The invention provides a health management system and method for a converter cooling system, and the system is characterized in that a cooled part temperature rise detection module is used for detecting the temperature rise of a device, and monitoring the temperature rise state of a cooled part at any time; the parameters are used as core parameters for judging whether the cooling system works normally or not and important indexes for judging the warning emergency degree; the air duct flow resistance monitoring module is used for detecting pressure difference values through pressure difference sensors arranged in different links in the converter cooling air duct and converting flow resistance of each link of the air duct; the cooling fan running state detection module is used for detecting fan current, fan voltage and motor temperature rise when a fan works and detecting the state of a bearing and the dynamic balance performance of blades; and the health management module is used for acquiring detection data |
