Abstract | The invention provides an erbium-containing Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series aluminum alloy pipe, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.8 to 1.2 percent of Cu, 2.2 to 2.6 percent of Mg, 7.4 to 8.4 percent of Zn, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of Mn, 0.05 to 0.15 percent of Zr, 0.02 to 0.20 percent of Er and the balance of Al. Through multiple means of composite microalloying, deformation, heat treatment strengthening and the like, precipitation and distribution of a nanoscale high-thermal-stability dispersion strengthening phase in the alloy are controlled, the strengthening phase density in the alloy is improved, the alloy strengthening phase stably exists, the strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy are improved, and the alloy can be used as a marine aluminum alloy material.
