Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of carbon monoxide production, in particular to a method for fully reducing carbon dioxide into carbon monoxide, reaction gas is introduced into a plasma reactor, the reaction gas is mixed gas of low-carbon hydrocarbon gas and carbon dioxide, dry reforming reaction and reverse water vapor shift reaction are coupled through a hot plasma medium, and carbon monoxide is obtained. And reducing the carbon dioxide into carbon monoxide by using the low-carbon hydrocarbon gas. The conversion rate of methane is 99%; the conversion rate of carbon dioxide is 85-95%; the carbon monoxide selectivity is gt; 99%; carbon deposition is avoided; the concentration of carbon monoxide in tail gas can reach 80%, and a main byproduct is water, so that separation and purification are facilitated; the method also has the characteristics of easy product separation, good process repeatability, safe and reliable operation and the like, and has a wide industrial application prospect.
