Abstract | The invention discloses an energy storage power station planning method considering dynamic frequency safety and an analysis device, which consider a frequency safety problem in energy storage power station planning and consider that an energy storage power station provides frequency response support. According to the method, dynamic frequency security constraints including quasi-steady-state frequency difference constraints are set, so that the frequency difference of the power system at the moment t = infinity does not exceed a quasi-steady-state maximum frequency deviation allowable value; maximum frequency change rate constraint: ensuring that the frequency change rate of the power system at the moment t = 0 + does not exceed a maximum frequency change rate allowable value; and restraining the lowest point of the frequency to ensure that the maximum frequency deviation of the system does not exceed a set maximum frequency deviation allowable value of the system.
