Abstract | The invention provides a dicumyl peroxide condensation wastewater treatment process. The dicumyl peroxide condensation wastewater treatment process comprises the following steps: (1) adjusting the pH value of dicumyl peroxide condensation washing wastewater to 2-8 by using acid, and then transferring the dicumyl peroxide condensation washing wastewater into an extraction tower; (2) adding the oil phase containing the oil-soluble surfactant into the water phase A containing the water-soluble surfactant A, and mechanically stirring until foam is generated to obtain CLA; (3) stirring the water phase B containing the surfactant B by using mechanical stirring until foam with continuous volume appears, so as to obtain CGA; (4) diluting the obtained CLA with water, and introducing the diluted CLA from the bottom of the extraction tower; and standing for a period of time, introducing the obtained CGA from the bottom of the extraction tower, separating liquid after the CGA is completely introduced, and separating the |
