Abstract The invention provides a method for promoting germination of pomegranate seeds, and relates to the field of agricultural planting.The method comprises the following steps that pretreated pomegranate seeds are soaked in a seed soaking agent, and after soaking is completed, the pomegranate seeds are transferred into a culture device to be subjected to germination culture; the seed soaking agent is a gibberellin solution or a naphthylacetic acid solution; the concentration of the gibberellin solution is 200 to 1000 mg/L; the concentration of the naphthylacetic acid solution is 20-100 mg/L. By means of the method, the soaking time of the pomegranate seeds is effectively shortened, and the pomegranate seeds have the better germination rate. 本发明提供了一种促进石榴种子萌发的方法,涉及农业种植领域,包括以下步骤:将预处理的石榴种子浸泡在浸种剂中,浸泡完成后转移至培养装置中进行萌发培养;所述浸种剂为赤霉素溶液或萘乙酸溶液;所述赤霉素溶液的浓度为200~1000mg/L;所述萘乙酸溶液的浓度为20~100mg/L。通过本发明的方法,有效缩短了对石榴种子的浸泡时间,使石榴种子具有更好的发芽率。
