Abstract | The invention provides a method for promoting germination of pomegranate seeds, and relates to the field of agricultural planting.The method comprises the following steps that pretreated pomegranate seeds are soaked in a seed soaking agent, and after soaking is completed, the pomegranate seeds are transferred into a culture device to be subjected to germination culture; the seed soaking agent is a gibberellin solution or a naphthylacetic acid solution; the concentration of the gibberellin solution is 200 to 1000 mg/L; the concentration of the naphthylacetic acid solution is 20-100 mg/L. By means of the method, the soaking time of the pomegranate seeds is effectively shortened, and the pomegranate seeds have the better germination rate.
