Abstract | The invention provides a two-photon imaging method and device combining axial pulse time division multiplexing with extended focal depth, and relates to the technical field of two-photon microscopic imaging, and the device comprises a femtosecond laser, an axial pulse time division multiplexing module, a multi-angle projection extended focal depth module, a two-dimensional two-photon microscope, and a central control and processing module. According to the invention, multipath beam splitting time delay and zoom amount introduction are carried out through the axial pulse time division multiplexing module, an axial pulse time division multiplexing function is realized, focal spots are elongated in the axial direction through the multi-angle projection focal depth expansion module, multi-angle projection is generated, and the multi-angle projection is realized.
