Abstract | The invention relates to a method for repairing stainless steel of a body-centered cubic BCC structure and a product, and the method comprises the following steps: polishing a stainless steel sample of the body-centered cubic BCC structure, determining the thermal aging embrittlement degree of the sample, and setting pulse current parameters according to the size of the sample and the thermal aging embrittlement degree; according to the set pulse current parameters, pulse current is applied to the sample for treatment; and the sample before and after treatment is detected, and the repair condition is determined. According to the method, the thermal aging embrittlement of the martensitic stainless steel is repaired by utilizing the pulse current, and the precipitated phase with low conductivity is dissolved by utilizing the difference between the conductivity of the matrix and the conductivity of the precipitated phase and applying the pulse current for treatment; besides, extra free energy is introduced throu |
