Abstract The invention discloses construction based on a multi-target hypoglycemic evaluation system and application of the multi-target hypoglycemic evaluation system in formula optimization, which is characterized in that the multi-target hypoglycemic evaluation system is established for the first time by using respectively constructed high-throughput screening models of alpha-amylase, alpha-glucosidase, dipeptidyl kinin IV and protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B inhibitors; the method is more comprehensive, efficient and convenient in screening of active raw materials for reducing blood sugar and optimization of a formula.
