Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of tertiary oil recovery, and particularly relates to a clay stabilizer for fracture acidizing and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding N-acryloyl (trihydroxymethyl) aminomethane and sulfamic acid into a four-neck flask, heating and naturally cooling; 3-[N, N-dimethyl-[2-(2-methylpropyl-2-enoyloxy) ethyl] ammonium] propane-1-sulfonic acid inner salt, N-allyl-N, N-bis (trimethylsilyl) amine, TX-10, MS-1 and buffer salt are added into the reaction kettle; dropwise adding an initiator aqueous solution, automatically heating the system for reaction, continuously heating, keeping the temperature for reaction to obtain a viscous clay stabilizer solution, drying and granulating to obtain the product clay stabilizer.
