Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of zirconium alloy processing, and particularly provides a surface treatment method of a zirconium alloy cladding tube for a coating, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: preparing mixed acid based on a preset acid pickling removal amount of the outer diameter of the zirconium alloy cladding tube; the mixed acid comprises nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and water; the zirconium alloy cladding tube is subjected to acid pickling through the mixed acid; and the surface of the zirconium alloy cladding pipe is polished through a sand-free pure cork abrasive belt.
