Abstract | The invention discloses a device and a method for an erosion corrosion experiment of a ship structure material. The device comprises a spherical crown-shaped clamp with a plane and a spherical surface on the outer surface, and a flat sheet-shaped sample, a plurality of grooves are formed in the spherical surface of the clamp along the latitude line; the sample has a structure matched with the groove; after the groove is filled with the sample, the spherical surface contained in the sample completely supplements the processed spherical surface of the clamp at the position of the groove.
