Abstract | The invention relates to a marine piston skirt forge piece and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a marine piston skirt forge piece and a preparation method thereof. The invention aims to solve the problem that the application of the existing high-Si alloy piston skirt forge piece is limited due to the large self-weight of the existing high-Si alloy piston skirt forge piece. The aluminum alloy comprises, by mass, less than or equal to 0.25% of Si, 1.0-1.6% of Fe, 1.8-2.3% of Cu, less than or equal to 0.1% of Mn, 1.3-2.0% of Mg, 0.8-1.3% of Ni, less than or equal to 0.2% of Zn, 0.02-0.10% of Ti and the balance Al. The method comprises the following steps: 1, smelting and casting ingredients, and carrying out electromagnetic stirring and filtering degassing to obtain a cast ingot; secondly, the cast ingot is extruded into a bar, and after high-temperature mold pressing, the bar is naturally cooled to the room temperature to obtain a mold pressing part; and thirdly, the molded part is sequentially su |
