The invention discloses polyurethane ink resin with excellent glue matching property, a preparation method and application thereof. The resin is prepared from the following raw materials: polymer polyol, polyisocyanate, a functional amine chain extender A, an end-capping reagent B and a solvent. Wherein the functional amine chain extender A is obtained by reacting a bis-secondary amine chain extender with glycidyl (meth) acrylate, on one hand, the similarity between an ink resin structure and a solvent-free glue structure is reduced, so that the ink dissolution resistance is improved, and on the other hand, the affinity to pigments, substrates and glue is improved by a large amount of hydroxyl and tertiary amine formed by the reaction, so that the ink dissolution resistance is improved.
