Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of dissimilar metal composite materials, in particular to a method for producing a stainless steel composite plate through vacuum electron beam welding, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing two groups of composite blanks, welding a joint of the carbon steel plate and the stainless steel plate by using a vacuum electron beam welding machine; (2) placing one group of composite blanks in a manner that the stainless steel plates face upwards, then sleeving the composite blanks with the carbon steel frame, coating the stainless steel plates of the composite blanks with a drying-free separant, then inversely buckling the other group of composite blanks on the carbon steel frame in a manner that the stainless steel plates face downwards, and carrying out ring welding on joints of the composite blank group and the carbon steel frame by using a vacuum electron beam welding machine, and blank making is completed.
