Abstract The invention discloses a hoisting device for GIS equipment. The hoisting device comprises a walking trolley, a first motor winch is arranged on the walking trolley, at least two slings are arranged on the first motor winch, a clamping device is arranged at the bottom of each sling, and the clamping devices are controlled to clamp through a second motor winch. When the device is used, the position is adjusted through the walking trolley, then the clamping device is put down through the first motor winch, the pipeline of the GIS equipment extends into the opening of the hanging bracket, then the clamping steel cable is tightened through the second motor winch, the clamping steel cable pulls the upper clamping arms upwards to enable the upper clamping arms to turn downwards, and then the pipeline of the GIS equipment is clamped through the clamping steel cable. Meanwhile, the clamping steel rope is steered through the connecting steel rope and the steering pulley and then pulls the lower clamping arms downwards
