Abstract | The invention discloses a gas-solid anti-erosion elbow with a shunting type structure, which mainly comprises a horizontal pipe, a vertical pipe and a special elbow with a shunting type structure, the bending radius of the elbow is twice of the diameter of a pipeline, and the shunting type structure device is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the elbow. Based on the functions of diversion, protection and the like of a common fairing, a novel erosion rate analysis method is used, the specific relation between the erosion rate and different inlet speed angles and different diversion structure positions is obtained, an anti-erosion diversion type structure device capable of being additionally arranged on the inner wall of the elbow is designed, on the basis of protecting the elbow, the space of the elbow is sacrificed, and therefore the anti-erosion diversion type structure device can be additionally arranged on the inner wall of the elbow.
