Abstract | The invention provides a multi-dimensional speed rotating machinery vibration on-line monitoring device, method and system, and relates to the field of equipment fault on-line diagnosis, and the device mainly comprises a vibration sensor group, a signal acquisition and conversion device and a signal analysis device. According to the method, vibration signals of all bearing positions of the electric water feeding pump set are collected and transmitted to an upper computer together with key-phase signals, and after the signals are processed and coupled through a developed software system, vibration values, basic spectrograms and the like of all vibration measuring points are presented; through comparison with a built-in fault database, overproof data alarm, early-stage fault diagnosis and early-warning, maintenance direction suggestion and the like are realized, and the problems that in the traditional vibration monitoring field, the monitoring mode is single, and equipment faults cannot be effectively identifi |
