Abstract | The invention discloses a selective hydrogenation reduction method for metal-free 1, 4-enedione, and belongs to the technical field of organic synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: adding 0.1 mmol of substituted 1, 4-enedione and 0.2 mmol of tetra-n-butylammonium perchlorate into a reactor, carrying out electro-catalysis promotion reaction in 1, 2-dichloroethane, hexafluoroisopropanol and water according to a ratio of (4.5 mL: 0.5 mL: 0.1 mL), concentrating by using a rotary evaporator to obtain a crude product, and carrying out silica gel column chromatography separation to obtain a target product. The metal-free 1, 4-enedione selective hydrogenation reduction method provided by the invention is scientific and reasonable, the synthetic route is green and environment-friendly, and a metal catalyst is not needed; the reaction solvent is 1, 2-dichloroethane, hexafluoroisopropanol and water; the substrate can react under relatively low current; the synthesis method is simple and fast in reaction; |
