Abstract | The invention discloses a parking braking hydraulic control system and method special for a diamond arm excavator. The parking braking hydraulic control system comprises a main pump, a walking reversing valve, a walking motor and a driving wheel. A locking pin and a brake oil cylinder B are arranged on one side of the driving wheel; a friction disc assembly and a brake oil cylinder A are arranged on one side of the walking motor; the system further comprises a pilot pump, an electromagnetic valve, a high-pressure hydraulic control valve, a shuttle valve, a one-way valve and a low-pressure hydraulic control valve. The control end of the high-pressure hydraulic control valve is connected with the shuttle valve, and the control end of the low-pressure hydraulic control valve is connected with the electromagnetic valve.
