Abstract | The invention discloses a vehicle control method and device, electronic equipment and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the current speed information of the vehicle and the opening information of a brake pedal in response to the detection that the brake pedal is stepped down; calculating a first theoretical braking distance of the vehicle according to the current speed information and the brake pedal opening information; and when the first theoretical braking distance is larger than the current distance between the vehicle and the target object, the vehicle is controlled to execute a preset four-wheel steering braking strategy. Thus, when it is detected that objects such as obstacles exist in front of the vehicle, if the vehicle cannot be braked within the safe distance only through braking of the brake pedal, the vehicle is controlled to execute the preset four-wheel steering braking strategy to intervene in braking of the vehicle, and therefore the braking distance is shortened, and t |
