Abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a fluorinated polyether-ether-ketone heat-conducting and electromagnetic-shielding composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing soluble fluorinated polyether-ether-ketone with different fluorination degrees by controlling the ratio of hexafluorobisphenol A to hydroquinone; and mixing the fluorinated polyether-ether-ketone with the carbon nanotube and graphene nanosheet composite filler, and carrying out melting and hot pressing to prepare the fluorinated polyether-ether-ketone composite material. The fluorine-containing groups are introduced, so that the interface bonding force between the filler and a polymer matrix is enhanced, and the interface scattering of phonons is reduced; the contact area between the fillers is increased through the synergistic carbon nanotubes and the graphene nanosheets, and a heat-conducting and electric-conducting path is perfected; molecular-level solution blending improves the distribution |
