Summary: | The present invention provides a production method of industrial monoammonium phosphate and a coproduction process of industrial monoammonium phosphate and feed calcium hydrogen phosphate. The production method of industrial monoammonium phosphate uses the phosphoric acid by wet process which is produced by using middle-low grade phosphorous ore with higher iron, aluminium and magnesium impurity contents as raw material, and includes the follwoing steps in turn: adding sodium salt or potassium salt and ground phasphate rock to make pretreatment, filtering, first neutralization by adding ammonia, filtering, secondary neutralization by adding ammonia and spray-drying. The described coproduction process is that a part of cleaned phosphoric acid solution obtained after first neutralization and filtering is used to prepare industrial monoammonium phosphat, and another part is used to prepare feed calcium hydrogen phosphate. |
