Abstract | The invention provides a direct-current storage battery outlet fuse operating state monitoring and protecting device which comprises a comprehensive measurement control module and an external direct-current power supply module. The comprehensive measurement control module is used for collecting state data and environment temperature data of the direct-current storage battery outlet fuse in real time and judging whether the external direct-current power supply module needs to be started or not according to the collected state data and environment temperature data, if yes, the external direct-current power supply module is started, and if not, the external direct-current power supply module is started. Therefore, the working characteristics of the fuse are protected from being influenced by low temperature.
