Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of circuit connection, and discloses a low-voltage reset circuit which comprises a reference voltage generating circuit and a reset method, the output end of the reference voltage generating circuit is connected with the input end of a phase inverter, and the output end of the phase inverter serves as a low-voltage reset signal output end. According to the low-voltage reset threshold voltage compensation circuit, the W/L value of the MN0 of the reference generation circuit is consistent with the W/L value of the MN0 of the CMOS inverter by utilizing the MOS tube matching principle, so that the characteristics of the MN0 and the MN0 of the CMOS inverter which change along with the temperature change VTH tend to be consistent, and the influence of the temperature change of the whole low-voltage reset threshold voltage is compensated to a certain extent.
