Abstract The coupling structure comprises a tube base, a tube cap fixed on the tube base and matched with the tube base, a photodiode and a light source arranged outside the photodiode, a spherical lens is arranged on the surface of the tube cap, and a transmitting end, a receiving end and a light splitting diaphragm are arranged on the surface of the tube base. The photodiode is connected with an external light beam quality analyzer through a data line and a power line.
