Abstract | The invention discloses a source-network-load-storage collaborative planning method considering source-load uncertainty. The method is used for solving the problem caused by uncertainty of new energy output and load demand in a novel power system planning scene. According to the method, overall distribution characteristics, time sequence correlation and overall dynamic characteristics of a new energy and load output curve are considered, and the source-load uncertainty is processed through random-robust optimization, so that the conservative property of a traditional robust optimization method is reduced while the influence of the source-load uncertainty on the system is reduced. And the model solving complexity is reduced by using an iterative solving algorithm, and the model solving efficiency is improved. According to the method, the planning result considering the source-load uncertainty influence and the optimal system investment operation economical efficiency can be provided, so that support is provide |
