Abstract The invention provides a social governance resource scheduling method based on human traffic and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of big data. The method comprises the following steps: collecting people flow data and social governance data in real time to construct a data set; constructing a support vector regression model by taking a human traffic target variable and a plurality of input features related to the human traffic as input variables, and training the support vector regression model based on the data set; according to a support vector regression model obtained by training, determining a target input feature having a great influence on the pedestrian flow; and obtaining a target value combination by adopting a grid search algorithm, and generating a social governance resource scheduling scheme which maximizes the change rate of the human traffic.
