Abstract The invention provides a gradient wave-transparent heat shield forming method. The gradient wave-transparent heat shield forming method comprises the steps that S1, a prefabricated body of a heat shield is prepared; s2, preparing ceramic slurry; s3, the ceramic slurry is blended into the prefabricated body of the heat shield to form a biscuit of the heat shield; s4, putting the biscuit of the heat shield into the ceramic slurry to densify the biscuit of the heat shield; and S5, sealing a large port of the biscuit of the heat shield, and infiltrating the biscuit of the heat shield by using polytetrafluoroethylene to form the heat shield.
