Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a self-renewal bionic marine antifouling coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing an amphiphilic block prepolymer with terminated dihydroxyl and containing poly (dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) by adopting a continuous feeding living free radical polymerization method, and then reacting tertiary amine in the dihydroxyl prepolymer with halogenated acetate to generate a prepolymer with side groups containing cations; and carrying out condensation on the dihydroxyl cationic prepolymer, dihydroxyl polycaprolactone, dihydroxyl silicone oil and diisocyanate to generate the marine antifouling coating film forming matter with a quaternary ammonium salt structure on a side group.
