The invention provides barnacle bionic water-touching adhesion hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The barnacle bionic water-touching adhesion hydrogel is prepared by simulating electrostatic and hydrophobic effects of underwater strong adhesion performance of marine barnacles and carrying out free radical polymerization and solvent exchange on the marine barnacles and matrixes such as acrylic acid and acrylamide. Experiments prove that the hydrogel disclosed by the invention has strong wet surface adhesion and underwater adhesion capacities, and has good biocompatibility, hemostasis, antibiosis, wound healing promotion and on-demand stripping capacities. Compared with a commercial adhesive, the hydrogel disclosed by the invention has obvious advantages in the aspects of water-touching adhesion, on-demand stripping, wound healing promotion and the like.
