The invention provides a cryogenic refrigerator. The cryogenic refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a low-temperature-stage refrigerating system, a high-temperature-stage refrigerating system, a heating device and a controller. Wherein a cryogenic chamber and a first conventional chamber are defined in the refrigerator body; the low-temperature-stage refrigerating system comprises a low-temperature-stage compressor, a low-temperature-stage pressure reduction component and a low-temperature-stage evaporator used for refrigerating the deep cooling chamber. The high-temperature-stage refrigerating system comprises a high-temperature-stage compressor, a high-temperature-stage condenser, a reversing valve, an auxiliary pressure reduction component and an auxiliary evaporator which are sequentially connected end to end, wherein the auxiliary evaporator is used for refrigerating the cryogenic chamber; the high-temperature-stage refrigerating system further comprises a first pressure reduction component and a
