Abstract A swing pin type tooth-shaped chain transmission system comprises a driving chain wheel, a tensioning wheel and a driven chain wheel which are connected through a tooth-shaped chain, the tensioning wheel is connected with a tensioning arm with the rotation angle controlled by a motor, the included angle between the tensioning arm and the horizontal plane is evaluated through a dynamic simulation model, and then the angle is calculated through a computer program to control rotation of the motor.
