Abstract | A swing pin type tooth-shaped chain transmission system comprises a driving chain wheel, a tensioning wheel and a driven chain wheel which are connected through a tooth-shaped chain, the tensioning wheel is connected with a tensioning arm with the rotation angle controlled by a motor, the included angle between the tensioning arm and the horizontal plane is evaluated through a dynamic simulation model, and then the angle is calculated through a computer program to control rotation of the motor. The included angle between the tensioning arm and the horizontal plane is adjusted. The state of the included angle between the tensioning arm and the horizontal plane is evaluated through the dynamic simulation model, whether the chain length and the tensioning force are in the optimal state or not is judged, and the adjustment performance of the motor rotation angle, namely the included angle between the tensioning arm and the horizontal plane is achieved by combining computer control calculation angles.
