Abstract | The invention discloses a brazing residual stress control method and a solder structure, the solder structure is placed between the welding surfaces of two base materials to be welded to form a component to be welded, the solder structure comprises two brazing sheets and a non-uniform interlayer located between the two brazing sheets, and the non-uniform interlayer is of a net structure; and heating and welding the to-be-welded assembly, wherein the welding temperature is higher than the melting temperature of the brazing sheet and lower than the melting temperature of the non-uniform interlayer. According to the brazing method with the optimized design, the non-uniform interlayer is additionally arranged in the middle of the welding flux structure, the net-shaped structure of the non-uniform interlayer does not melt along with the welding flux in the welding process, and transfer of longitudinal residual stress is achieved, that is, stress at the position of a part of the welding face of the base material is |
