Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of oil casing machining, and particularly relates to a high-torsion-resistance thread sealing buckle and a machining method thereof. A high-torsion-resistance thread sealing buckle type comprises a female end and two male ends, female threads and an opposite vertex section are arranged on the inner surface of the female end, the opposite vertex section is located in the middle of the interior of the female end, the female threads are divided into two symmetrical sections by the opposite vertex section, inner opposite vertex shoulders are arranged at the left end and the right end of the opposite vertex section respectively, and male threads are arranged on the outer side surfaces of the male ends. The male thread is matched with the female thread, and the end face of the male end abuts against the inner abutting circular bead. The threaded structure without a sealing surface is adopted, the threaded structure has the advantages of being high in threaded connection
