Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a material receiving method and device. The material receiving method comprises the steps that a material query request is acquired, and the material query request comprises user identification information; according to a material receiving mode corresponding to the user identification information, displaying a material information set corresponding to the material query request; and receiving a selection instruction for the material information set, and filling in a material receiving work order according to the material category information corresponding to the selected material information. According to the invention, the accuracy of material information filling can be improved.
