Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of nuclear fuel circulation, in particular to a method for recycling uranium fluorination wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: adjusting the concentration ratio of bicarbonate radicals to carbonate radicals in uranium conversion leacheate, and carrying out decoloration and filtration treatment to obtain filtrate; performing uranium adsorption on the filtrate through resin, and leaching the resin adsorbing uranium; adjusting the pH value of the adsorption tail liquid magnesium hydroxide slurry to 11 or above, filtering, and adsorbing the filtrate by using amidoxime-based adsorption fibers; adding magnesium carbonate slurry into the adsorption tail liquid to generate magnesium fluoride and carbonate ions, and filtering to respectively obtain sediment and filtrate; the filtrate is returned to serve as an eluting agent of the fluorinated tail gas or is discharged after being treated; sediment and new magnesium carbonate participate in the fluorine remo
