Abstract The invention provides a CPP multi-layer composite film which sequentially comprises a diffusion coating, a core layer, a first adhesive layer, a first PET base material layer, a second adhesive layer, a first prism film, a third adhesive layer, a second prism film and a back coating from top to bottom, the first adhesive layer is composed of UV adhesives of two components, namely an adhesive A and an adhesive B, and the third adhesive layer is composed of UV adhesives of two components, namely an adhesive A and an adhesive B; wherein the adhesive A is prepared from the following components: acrylic resin, methyl methacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, alpha-hydroxy ketone and triethyl phosphonoacetate; and the adhesive B is prepared from the following components: acrylic resin, diethylene glycol divinyl ether, phenyl bis (2, 4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide, dimethyl sulfoxide and resorcinol monobenzoate.
