Abstract | According to the graphite high-speed steel for the high-speed wire rod intermediate rolling rack roller and the heat treatment technology of the graphite high-speed steel, by designing material components, the obdurability of a base body is improved, and the requirement for low-temperature rolling of the high-speed wire rod intermediate rolling rack roller is met; meanwhile, a matched heat treatment process is adopted, so that the normal-temperature and high-temperature mechanical properties of the graphite high-speed steel for the high-speed wire intermediate rolling rack roller are comprehensively improved, particularly the high-temperature obdurability, the oxidation resistance and the hot crack resistance are greatly improved, and the problems that the intermediate rolling rack roller is fractured, short in service life, prone to peeling and the like in the using process are solved; the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
