Abstract | The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic anti-icing surface and a preparation method thereof, the super-hydrophobic anti-icing surface is provided with a multi-stage and multi-scale cylindrical structure array, and a layer of cluster structure composed of nanoparticles is deposited on the cylindrical structure array.
