The preparation method of the rice bran extract comprises the following steps: mixing rice bran with water, heating to 45-60 DEG C, adding proteolytic enzyme, and stirring for enzymolysis for 2-10 hours to obtain an enzymolysis material; and carrying out enzyme deactivation treatment on the enzymolysis material at 85-100 DEG C for 10-30 minutes, taking out enzyme deactivation liquid, and concentrating to obtain the rice bran extract.
