Abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of animal catching, and particularly relates to a veterinary animal catching system which comprises a catching cage and a wireless remote control device capable of communicating with the catching cage. The capturing cage comprises a door detection unit used for detecting the opening and closing states of a door, an invasion opening detection device used for detecting obstacles at the entrance and an internal detection unit used for detecting whether the stray animals exist in the capturing cage or not.
