Abstract | The embodiment of the invention provides a fourth-party automobile accessory logistics platform based on big data and a management method. The management method comprises the following steps: constructing an automobile accessory chain among a maintenance unit, an accessory supplier, a transaction platform and a distribution unit, after the maintenance unit triggers a maintenance demand, analyzing the maintenance demand, and determining standby accessories and corresponding priorities thereof; and then based on the above information, matching is carried out in storage information of a storage unit through a self-adaptive delivery model pre-constructed based on a decision tree, a target storage corresponding to the to-be-used accessory is determined, the order is issued to the target storage, and logistics resources of a delivery unit are called based on the priority for delivery.
