Abstract | The invention relates to a reselection-reverse flotation cold crystallization method for treating potassium mixed salt ore, and belongs to the technical field of mineral processing. The method comprises the following steps: crushing mixed raw ore of sylvinite and carnallite, and grinding; the ground ore pulp is fed into a spiral chute for reselection operation; spiral chute concentrate is directly fed into direct flotation operation; tailings of the spiral chute are fed into a reverse flotation procedure; and concentrate obtained after reverse flotation is fed into a cold crystallization process, and tailings obtained after reverse flotation are fed into dehydration operation to serve as filling materials. Concentrate obtained after direct flotation and underflow of the crystallizer are subjected to washing, dewatering and drying operation, and overflow is fed into a fine grain dissolving device and then returns to the cold decomposition crystallizer to be used as decomposition mother liquor.
