Abstract | The invention provides a positive electrode composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. The positive electrode composite material comprises a positive electrode material and a molecular sieve. The molecular formula of the positive electrode material is LixMnyFe1-y-zMzPO4, x is greater than or equal to 0.9 and less than or equal to 1.1, y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.3, 1-y-z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, and M is selected from at least one of Ti, Mg, Si, Zr, Nb, V, Co and Ni. The molecular sieve has hygroscopicity and can adsorb moisture in the positive electrode material and the electrolyte.
