Provided is a crystalline solid meglumine salt of (R)-5-(4-chlorphenyl)-1-isopropyl-2-methyl-4-(3-(4-(4-((4-((1-(thiophenyl)-4-(4-((phosphoryloxy) methyl) piperidin-1-yl) butan-2-yl) amino)-3-((trifluoromethyl) sulfonyl) phenyl) sulfonylamino) phenyl) piperazin-1-yl) phenyl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylic acid. Pharmaceutical compositions having one or more of the crystalline solid meglumine salt compounds and methods of administering the crystalline solid meglumine salt compounds to a subject are also described.
