Abstract The invention provides a vehicle flow configuration method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining the actual total flow used by network vehicles in the current period; when the actual total flow exceeds a flow alarm threshold value, the actual total flow and the total number of the network vehicles in the current period are utilized to adjust the expected configuration flow, and the flow alarm threshold value is a flow depletion alarm value predicted in the previous period; the expected configuration flow is the flow which is predicted in the previous period and needs to be used by the network vehicle in the current period; and updating a traffic alarm threshold according to the adjusted expected configuration traffic, and reconfiguring traffic for all the vehicles in the network. It can be seen that according to the method, the predicted expected configuration flow is continuously updated, and accurate control and refined operation of flow
