Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a Ce-containing cast ingot for improving purity of a high-temperature alloy for an ultra-supercritical thermal power generating unit, the Ce-containing cast ingot comprises the following materials: Ni, C, Fe, Mo, a NiW alloy, Co, Cr, a NiCe alloy, Al, Ti and a NiB alloy, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, burdening: weighing alloy materials according to component requirements of the high-temperature alloy cast ingot for the ultra-supercritical thermal power generating unit; s2, vacuum induction melting: 2.1, in the initial melting stage, Ni, C, Fe, Mo, NiW alloy, Co and Cr alloy materials are sequentially put into a furnace, vacuumizing is carried out, the power is increased to the full melting temperature, and the raw materials are dissolved and clarified; 2.2, a degassing period: increasing the power to a refining temperature, vacuumizing to keep a high vacuum degree in the vacuum induction furnace for a certain time, and applying el |
